Rules for lawful uploads, responsible AI use, payments, refunds, cancellation, and credits.
Upload rights
Users may only upload photos and garment references they own or have permission to use.
Prohibited use
Fraud, impersonation, explicit content, copyright abuse, and attempts to bypass safety rules are not allowed.
Credits and failed jobs
System failures may be refunded through the project credit account; user cancellation, unusable source photos, or policy-violating requests may not be refundable.
Subscription cancellation
Monthly plans should provide a clearly visible cancellation path.
Transparent billing principle
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and credit use are expected to stay clear to the user. System failures can be reviewed for credit adjustment, while policy-violating requests may not qualify for a refund.
AI try-on output is a visual preview for styling and shopping decisions. It is not a guaranteed size recommendation, tailoring instruction, identity verification document, or medical/body assessment.
